(I) Storage period

Our multiple services provide the option to share your relevant information, not only with your social network but also with all users of the service, such as the information you upload or post in Sany's internet services, as well as location data and log information related to this information. As long as you do not delete the information you publicly share, the information may remain in the public domain; be aware that even if you delete shared information, it may still be independently cached, copied, or stored by other users or third parties beyond our control, or saved in the public domain by other users or such third parties. If you disclose or share information through the above channels, we are not responsible for any information leakage. Therefore, we remind and ask you to carefully consider whether to publicly disclose or share your information through the above channels.

(III) Account cancellation

Subject to the conditions stipulated in the service agreement for Sany Internet individual services and relevant national laws and regulations, you have the option to cancel or delete your service account. When an account is logged out or deleted, all service-related information and data tied to the account will be deleted or processed according to the service agreement of the specific service, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

(IV) Change the scope of your authorization

You can choose whether to disclose information. Some information is necessary for Sany Internet Services, but the provision of most other information is up to you. You have the option to delete information and turn off devices.

Changes in functionality or other means will alter the scope of your authorization for us to continue collecting information or revoke your authorization.

When you withdraw your consent, we will be unable to continue providing the services corresponding to the withdrawn consent, and we will no longer process the relevant information. However, please be aware that your decision to withdraw authorization will not affect the information processing conducted based on your prior authorization.

VI. Personal Data of Minors

Any minor participating in online activities should obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian (hereinafter referred to as the "guardian") in advance.
