In response to global environmental, social, and governance (ESG) requirements and in strict compliance with anti-commercial bribery laws and regulations worldwide, the Company hereby solemnly declares the following:



1. Zero-Tolerance Principle

We resolutely oppose all forms of commercial bribery, corruption, and improper benefit exchanges. Regardless of the country or region in which we operate, the Company strictly prohibits directly or indirectly offering, promising, soliciting, or accepting bribes or improper benefits (including but not limited to cash, gifts, rebates, illicit services, etc.) to or from public officials, business partners, customers, or any third party.

  • Third-Party Risk Management: Conduct rigorous due diligence on agents, suppliers, consultants, and other third parties, requiring signed anti-bribery commitments and explicit compliance clauses with liability terms in contracts.
  • Financial Transparency: All transactions must be accurately and fully recorded. "Off-the-books accounts," false invoices, fictitious services, or any means to conceal improper payments are strictly prohibited. Financial teams must ensure traceable and audit-able records.
  • Regular Training and Certification: Mandatory integrity and compliance training and certification for all employees and suppliers. Certification is a prerequisite for employee promotions and supplier contracts.
  • Reporting and Protection Mechanisms: rovide multiple reporting channels (e.g., compliance hotline, anonymous email). Retaliation against whistle-blowers is strictly prohibited. All reports will undergo independent investigation with timely feedback to ensure procedural fairness.
