Sany\'s first overseas Precast Concrete house completes construction in South Africa

Sany Group held the opening ceremony of its first overseas example of Precast Concrete house in Johannesburg, South Africa, on May 27.

Liang Wengen, founder and Chairman of Sany Group, Tang Xiuguo, President of Sany Group, and Rong Yansong, Counsellor of the Economic and Commercial Counsellor's Office of the Chinese Embassy in South Africa, and other representatives from enterprises and media attended the opening ceremony.

Tang said the Precast Concrete house can be quickly built up with nine outer walls and six inner walls. Its construction is fast just like the assembly line of automobiles, costing only seven days to finish. The house price is reduced significantly by 10-15 percent compared to that of a traditional house.

In addition, the house is in good quality, more energy saving and environmentally friendly. It has won recognition of South Africa.

A representative of South Africa National Builder and Building Committee said the house is beautiful and its structure and construction mode have met the requirements of the committee.

Sany hopes that South African people are satisfied with the house, Tang said, and added that Sany Group will continue to make contribution to the friendship and common prosperity of China and South Africa in fields of equipment manufacturing, new energy power, and port machinery.
