Ecuadorian Delegation Visits Sany to Establish Cooperative Relationship

A delegation led by Ecuador’s Foreign Trade Minister Juan Carlos Cassinelli visited Sany Heavy Energy Machinery in Beijing on June 18 with the goal of establishing a long-term cooperative relationship between Sany and Ecuador.

The delegation visited Sany’s wind turbine plant at Nankou Industrial Park in northwestern Beijing, and learned about speed-up gearbox manufacturing, gear and thermal treatment processing and the wind turbine experiments Sany has undertaken.

The delegation was highly impressed by the capacity and quality of Sany’s R&D, and showed great interest in Sany Group and its products.

The minister invited Sany to visit and invest in Ecuador, saying, “Ecuador is at its best time for economic and social development. With its abundant natural resources, Ecuador can cooperate with Sany in renewable energy and many other fields.” He further encouraged Sany to study the Ecuadorian market and look for trade and cooperation opportunities for mutual benefit.

Vice-President of Sany Heavy Energy Machinery Mao Zhongwu remarked that Ecuador boasts huge market potential above other Latin American countries, and also noted that Sany is indeed willing and plans to cooperate further with Ecuador.
