Sany Port Machinery, along with one of Sany's local South African dealers, GIJIMA, launched the “2016 Global Service Tour” at Sany Central and Southern Africa (Sany CSA) in South Africa.

The Global Service Tour has also been simultaneously launched at seven other Sany international offices across the globe. The service teams will set out to fix any unresolved Sany machinery problems, address customer complaints and listen to their suggestions, so as to boost customer confidence and loyalty.
The tour will include machine inspections, customer training, technology updates, a photography competition, along with a contest selecting the best operator in South Africa. Through the different activities, the service campaign also aims to increase connection between Sany and its customers in the region.
Sany CSA plans to inspect 180 machines during the 3 months that the campaign will run; GIJIMA and its 8 service engineers will be responsible for inspecting 65 of the machines.

“We appreciate that Sany Port Machinery chose South Africa as the first station for its global tour. It is a sign that Sany values the South Africa market significantly, which strengthens our confidence in exploring the market,” said GIJIMA’s General Manager, Ms. Maggien. “We believe this event will definitely increase Sany’s influence in this region.”
Sany Port Machinery Chairman Qi Jian remarked that the company took service as its core competency. “Real problem-solving and care for our customers, until they are fully satisfied, is definitely worth all the efforts we make,” he concluded.
