The STC1000S hoist crane features high efficiency and innovative chassis. The safety of the hoist crane is ensured by equipped with 4-axle chassis and the multi braking modes. The tipping over early-warning technology also guarantees the safety of the operators.
The hoist crane also boasts its stable lifting performance. The six-section boom made of high strength steel structure and optimized U-shaped section greatly reduces weight and significantly improves safety. The jib mounting angles of the hoisting machine are 0°, 15° and 30° which ensure fast and convenient change-over between different operating conditions in order to improve working efficiency of the machine. The hoist crane uses a self-developed SYMC controller specially designed for engineering machinery. The application of CAN-bus fully digital network control technology ensures stable control signal, simple harness and high reliability, which can provide feedback on data and monitor the working condition of whole crane in real-time. The load moment limiter is configured with comprehensive intelligent protection system that achieves precision within 5%. By using a comprehensive logic and interlock control system, the STC1000S ensures safe and reliable operation.
The hoist crane’s high efficiency and energy saving is achieved by utilizing unique efficient hydraulic control technology. It is equipped with SANY self-developed dual-pump and converging / diversion main valve. Converging flow of the single-action dual-pump ensures fast operation and high work efficiency; combined-action dual-pump diversion system is applied to ensure stable controllability. An electric proportional variable piston pump is used to ensure the accurate flow control and higher efficiency and energy saving.
