Magic of SANY’s largest hoist crane

SANY SCC16000 crawler crane is one of the large-tonnage cranes used to undertake the hoisting work in Yangjiang nuclear power project. The superior performance of SCC16000 in this project is impressive and highly recognized by the customer in the industry.

Strong lifting capacity

SANY SCC16000 is powerful with max.lifting weight of 1600t/11m, max.lifting torque of 25000t·m, the longest boom of the hoist crane is 156m and the longest luffing jib combination is 108m +108m.

High-strength structure & Modular design

The main structure of SCC16000 hoist crane is made of 960MPa high-strength steel plate to reduce the transport weight of single part and the pendant bar is made of 1100MPa high-strength steel plate to reduce the section size and the weight significantly. Meanwhile, SCC16000 are designed based on transport unit to ensure the effective electro-hydraulic connection and the fast connection between modules.

Power supply

SANY SCC16000 hoist crane is powered by a 12-cyliner, water-cooled turbocharging engine, with rated power of 746kW@1800rpm, maximum output torque of 4629N·m@1300rpm. 220V generator group is equipped to supply the power to the civil air conditioning in the cab and the hoist crane’s overall lighting system. All power systems, control systems, hydraulic systems and cab are installed in the standard container, which is compact in structure, easy to repair, and convenient to transport.

Safe control system

SCC16000 can realized change-over switch between Assembly and Operation Mode, which ensures your great convenience and reliability. It features a complete safety system including real-time display of the crane’s level and gravity, electrical emergency control, anti-lightning protection, automatically walk switches, and closed-circuit TV monitoring. With a large wide-angle camera, 250G storage hard drive can also be equipped to the hoist crane if necessary, help you save the 120h video data.
