Sany Heavy Excavator SY365C helps digging tough rocks with high efficiency

Deng Jianguo is a construction machinery dealer in China. His initial contact with Sany was ten years ago, when the construction machines in China were in a huge demand. Heavy excavators were urgently needed to be used in infrastructure construction, river dredging and mining project. 

As an experienced excavator operator, Deng knew that the reliability and after-sale service of the equipment is mostly valued factors, since the untimely repairs might greatly influence the progress of the project, triggering the risk of the contract breaching. Deng was a cautious buyer, but he has finally decided to buy the Sany heavy excavator after visiting Sany’s Lingang industrial park based in Shanghai, where the modern and innovative production line convinced Deng to purchase Sany SY365C Heavy Excavator. 

SY365C is one of Sany’s star heavy excavator product, which is pursued for its arm regeneration circuit, faster digging speed and lower energy loss. A quick circuit is added to the arm oil cylinder circuit. The hydraulic oil arm cylinder rod end does not return the tank but goes directly to the cylinder head end. The arm speed is increased as a result. The fuel consumption is lower under this condition.

The 36.5 ton excavator was firstly used in mining project. Under the tough conditions in mining area, SY365C won the recognition of the miner because of its high efficiency and high stability. The strengthened swing arm and bucket was so powerful that the working efficiency has been greatly improved. Deng was also impressed by the professional working attitude of Sany’s after-sale engineers. “I still remember the first day when the heavy excavator was put into use, the after-sale engineer stayed in the worksite for a whole day until they ensured the machine could run smoothly. Once in the midnight, the bulb in the big boom was broken, I called the after-sale engineers and it was amazing they should arrive at the worksite in an hour.”
