In 2014, Sri Lanka government bought 87 units of SANY SAG120 road graders for one time. These machines were separately distributed to 87 counties to construct rural roads and improve travel condition. This livelihood project is of significance for the convenience of local residents.
These 87 units of road graders were delivered to Sri Lanka in two batches by the end of 2014 and the beginning of 2015. The thoughtful and professional service from SANY engineers and local dealers ensures the road graders’ stable operation.
It was a severe challenge for SANY after-sales engineers to keep the smooth running of these 87 units of road graders since they had been separately used in 87 counties across the country. But SANY engineers successfully overcame the difficulty, ensuring the sound operation of the road graders. Problems such as rearview mirror damage, glass damage, AC compressor damage, and oil leakage were always solved timely by SANY Sri Lanka service engineers and its dealer Walkers Devices. What’s more, the dealer regularly travelled to various regions to inspect and maintain the devices
At the same time, SANY headquarters attached great importance to the use of these road graders. In June 2015, vice president of SANY Road Machine Research Institute paid a special visit to Sri Lanka to investigate the use of these machines. He not only inquired the dealer about the common device faults and damaged parts in detail, but also visited customers in central and southern Sri Lanka to check the use of the road graders and listen to their suggestions. Customers spoke highly of the quality of SANY road graders and they remarked that SANY products represent high performance and stability.
