SANY asphalt mixing plant supports the expressway construction in Vietnam

1 SANY asphalt mixing plant and 5 road machines have been used in the construction of Hanoi-Haipong expressway, the first expressway in Vietnam.

LB4000B is the biggest asphalt mixing plant that SANY sold overseas. At the beginning, the construction unit worried about the normal use and operation of the machinery. In order to ensure its smooth installation and normal operation, Vietnam branch of SANY specially sent experienced engineers to the construction site for 3-month special service.

After 2-month intense installation and adjustment, the asphalt mixing plant was finally completed. On July 10, 2014, SANY engineers came to the site early in the morning to conduct the final inspection of the asphalt mixing plant. They confirmed all operation switches work normally, cleaned the mixing engine, and checked if there was any leakage in all pipelines. After two-hour inspection, no abnormality was found and everything was ready.

The test run started at 10:00 am. The managers of Vietnam Road and Bridge Corporation also came to the site.

With the normal operation of the machinery, the first tank of asphalt concrete was mixed and discharged successfully. The customers rewarded with warm applause on the site and were confident that SANY asphalt mixing plant would ensure successful construction of this project.  

In addition, to guarantee the machine could work normally during the whole construction period, SANY sent 3 engineers to the site to handle the potential problems. Till now, the asphalt mixing plant completed the production task of the roadbed with a production of 256,000 tons after 800-hour normal operation.
