SANY graders won recognition in Bangsue Railway Station of Thailand

13 SANY road machinery including SMG200 motor grader, SSR120 and SPR200 roller have been used in the construction of Bangsue Railway Station, which will be the national new main railway station of Thailand. In this project, all graders need to run 24 hours a day. It not only requires excellent quality of the graders, but also efficient after-sales service. Within the nearly 1000 hours of service, the SMG200 didn’t have one malfunction.

On Feb 3, 2014, one grader could not run suddenly during normal construction. The operator did not know how to deal with it and contacted Thailand’s engineer immediately. Yan Zhichen, the service engineer, rushed to the site and then checked the machines without delay. He found that torsional damper was damaged and must be replaced with accessories. But the sales agent did not have these accessories in warehouse. He contacted SANY immediately to ship the accessories to Thailand by air and towed the machinery to the repair shop of the sales agency for dis-assembly. After one week replacement, the machinery was repaired completely and delivered to customer for operation.

In order to eliminate this kind of malfunction in the future, SANY decided to ship accessories to Thailand and conduct technical modification to all graders. To ensure the the normal operation, SANY’s service engineers 24hours standby at the site to handle possible problems. Till now, the operation of all graders exceeded 3000 hours.

The graders completed the first stage of the railway construction, and received consistent praise from the customer. This project fully reflected SANY’s service commitment to customers.
