SANY attends 2016 China International Rail Transit Expo

On Nov 28, two models of SANY latest tunnel boring machines received high attention at the 2016 China International Rail Transit Expo in Changsha, central China. The two products on exhibition, developed by SANY Heavy Machinery, not only feature higher efficiency and safety, but also utilize SANY’s Internet of Things and other smart technologies.

SANY’s tunnel boring machines have been widely used in the tunnel construction of railway, metro, highway and utilities. “Our machines have participated in the metro construction in Beijing, helping build a better city and improve people’s livelihood,” Lv Chuantian, director of TBM department of SANY Heavy Machinery said.

Since SANY entered the TBM market in 2011, SANY with the customized products and thorough service has won favor of customers worldwide. In November this year, SANY’s TBM was involved in the Mae Taeng-Mae Ngat-Mae Kuang Diversion Tunnel Project in Chiengmai, Thailand, a huge success for the TBM in the global markets.
