Sany RTG Shipped to HIT on Sany’s Day

On March 1, 2018, 6 units of rubber tyred gantry crane manufactured by Sany Marine Heavy Industry Co., Ltd left Sany Zhuhai Terminal for Hongkong International Terminal.

This is the second batch of RTG orders from HIT. In order to meet the demands of limited yard space and abnormal working condition, this batch of RTGs utilize the hybrid power set which can work more than 3 hours without outsource electricity and save over 30% energy.

HIT is a world-leading port investor and operator which belongs to Hutchison Port Holdings. HIT has strict procurement and acceptance process internally. Sany is a main equipment supplier and has provided more than 40 units of machines from 2008. In February of 2017, Sany delivered 6 units of RTG to HIT and the acceptance paper was signed within 7 days and MMBF performance was accepted within 3 months, which is excellent in the industry. Besides, the STS ranging from 40T to 70T manufactured by Sany are also accepted by HIT with good quality and safe performance. What’s more, both parties are also cooperating in STS maintenance and refabricating, which lowers the procurement cost and creates a win-win situation.

March1, 2018 is also the 32^nd Sany’s Day. Sany Marine will keep working to provide excellent product and service to customers in 2018.
