In the legal realm, she navigates complex contractual matters, provides legal counsel, and oversees litigation processes.
For a long time, she faced a formidable challenge during a period marked by Brazil's financial and political turmoil. During the period, SANY encountered significant difficulties in recovering machines from customers who had defaulted on their payments, accumulating a very huge debt with the company. To address this pressing issue, Ana embarked on a comprehensive recovery initiative. She engaged top-tier law firms and assembled a dedicated team across the country to locate the machines, many of which were hidden by debtor customers. Each seizure operation demanded meticulous planning and coordination, involving judicial agents, law enforcement personnel, carriers for transportation, and the procurement of essential licenses. From 2016 to 2019, Ana's team successfully recovered an average of 90 machines per year, subsequently selling them to alleviate SANY Brazil’s outstanding debts.
During these years in SANY, Ana highlighted the invaluable lessons and experiences gained. Beyond honing her legal and marketing expertise, she's cultivated a deep understanding and appreciation for different cultures, fostering a global mindset that transcends borders. Working alongside a diverse team of talented individuals has not only enriched her professional journey but also instilled a profound respect for cultural diversity and collaboration.
