Communicate with Customers with Hearts

On February 9 in 2007, the Spring Festival is coming in China and people are enjoying warmness and happiness of the holiday heartily; while it’s still scorching summer in remote South America, Chile, and different projects are under tight construction.  

Today I will examine and repair a land leveler in a construction site 90 kilometers from Santiago, the capital of Chile. Leaders of SANY South America Company will participate to finish the task with me and experience exotic service; therefore, it’s a very characteristic service. We start after contacting the operators. It’s the hottest time in Chile in February with a scorching sun beating down. We drive cheerfully on paths in the country. There is a foggy layer on bituminous roads with the illumination of sunshine. It disappears when we get close. There are lush and green trees on both sides of the road, which makes this filed full of life. We go over rivers and drive into boundless vineyards. 

After nearly two hours, we see familiar SANY land levelers with eye-catching marks at last, which appear dazzling from faraway and touch our hearts. There are also some other equipment with famous foreign brands, but SANY land levelers are still outstanding. In a remote country of a faraway country, SANY products contribute to the construction of Chile, which makes me feel an upsurge of emotion with a sense of national pride. I won’t feel like that in any place in our country, and I can’t calm down for a long time. After simple communications with operators, I begin to check the equipment carefully. I test all performances of it and everything appears normal only with insufficient maintenance on rotary gear ring. I explain to the operator main maintenance points for rotary gear ring carefully while demonstrating, and present him with Spanish maintenance manual on land levelers translated by agent cooperators. Finally, leaders of the company also enter the cab and operate the land leveler full of interest. We ask the operator about his feeling on SANY equipment before leaving, he expresses his thoughts frankly and compare SANY land levelers with that of other famous brands, and says “SANY, MUY BIEN,” which means very good in Spain.

As a service staff, I am very grateful for those operators. They not only work hard but also feedback lots of wise suggestions to SANY. SANY cannot develop without their enthusiasm. Filled with Chile customers’ enthusiasm and sincerity, we complete this service successfully and drive on the way back in the setting sun. I think over in the car, how we can supply characteristic SANY service under the new situation. I think international service should conform to market laws but also be full of international friendship. We should devote ourselves into this cause with our true hearts, to bring fresh and new industrial achievements for Chile people but also establish a friendship bridge between Chinese and Chile people.
