—2007 “Moving-customer Year” of SANY Heavy Industry started silently

On March 18 in 2007, dozens of technical experts of SANY Heave Industry in common work clothes quietly take a train to different places of the country in groups, which represents the formal start of national value-added service activity, the first event of 2007 “Moving-customer Year”.

After 15-day closed training, over 30 technical experts of SANY Heavy Industry start the value-added service with the inspiring mobilization of Mr. Luo Yuliang, the general manager of the parent service company. With tour inspection as the thread, the activity has a target of creating true moving, conquering customers with details and moving customers, to actively practice the aim of SANY – “Create values for customers”. Facing all users of SANY pumps in the whole country, the activity contains main contents as follows:  
   
1. Conduct tour inspection and maintenance on equipment, and issue examination reports on equipment;

2. Update customers’ equipment technologically; 

3. Present customers’ operators with work clothes;

4. Train customers’ operators on the spot.

5. Present some fittings free and sell fittings with discounts. It is what customers want to solve and feel benefited mostly.

Technical experts provide customers with value-added service, with backstage force of the headquarters of the parent service company playing an extremely important role. Over twenty management staff has part-timely formed preparatory group, execution technical support group, investigation analysis group, and supervision evaluation group, etc., to make efforts and ensure the success of the activity and its effect. 
   
Without magnificent opening and stirring propaganda, this activity is different from that in the past with emphasis on pragmatism and reality. The only aim is not to show, but to move customers. Without audio transmission, we can still hear enthusiastic sounds of SANY workers at construction site; without flashlights, we can still see SANY workers work hard. “Spring freeze and rain, moist everything silently”, SANY “Moving-customer Year” produces for you, and values greatly for your being moved.
